Nico Goosens will be our guest speaker on February 19, and he will share his technique in mounting Phalaenopsis and other epiphytic orchids. He has had great success keeping Phals alive using his method and he is excited to pass on what he’s learned. It should be an interesting presentation!
Nico is co-owner of Lico Orchids with Lisa Humphreys. He and Lisa started their business in 1994, primarily supplying cut orchid flowers to the wholesale floral trade. Later, they began selling orchids at shows. They have traveled the world and have enjoyed seeking out places where orchids are growing in the wild.
